Find the 6-digit activation code in your confirmation email and write it clearly on the kit box and the sample tube. This links your sample to your dog's profile in our system.

Collect the Sample

Time for a walk. Use the collection swab and wooden stick to collect a small stool sample. Not sure how? Scan the QR code in your kit for a quick video guide. Stop probiotics 24 hours beforehand for the most accurate readings.

Seal the Sample

Place the swab into the preservation tube and seal tightly. The preservation liquid keeps your sample stable for months across a wide range of temperatures — so there's no rush, but sooner is always better.
